Brake Kit
Rogue Engineering is proud to offer
Stoptech's top of the line brake system, the Trophy STR competition brake
system. These kits offer a 20% weight reduction over standard
Stoptech calipers while maintaining the legendary stiffness and
performance that people have come to know from Stoptech.
How are the Trophy STR big brake systems
different than the standard Stoptech big brake kits? Some of the differences
include:
- Natural, hard anodized finish of the
calipers (lighter, no paint to fade)
- Stoptech logo engraved, and tastefully
painted.
- Natural, hard anodized finish of brake
rotor hat (more resistant to discoloration from heat)
- Rotors available in slotted
or drilled (zinc plated rotors optional)
- Kits are by order ONLY. Standard
lead time is 4-6 weeks from Stoptech.

Included in the Trophy STR big brake
system:
- Forged, STR calipers
- Floating, slotted rotors
- Stainless steel brake lines, 100%
leakdown tested to 2500PSI
- Engineered caliper brackets
- StopTech Street Performance brake pads
(track pads available at extra cost)
Most Trophy STR kits are sold as front
and rear complete kits, utilizing the STR-60, STR-40, or STR-22 caliper. Some of the differences between the calipers are shown
below.

construction with hard anodized finish
- Patented, bolt-in bridge
minimizes caliper compliance for a firmer pedal
- Stiffest 6 Piston caliper
currently on the market
- Uses standard FMSI D1247 pad
- Can be used on rotors with outer
diameter of 328-380mm and thickness of 28-35mm
- ALL finished parts are 100% leak
down and pressure tested to 2500 PSI
- Uses a popular pad shape readily
available in over 15 street performance and race friction
compounds
- Over 19 different piston size
combinations available to tune brake torque to the needs of each
individual application
- Differential piston sizes
minimize pad taper for longer pad life and a firmer pedal
- Dust boots are standard for
reduced maintenance on Sport Trophy Kits
