Prices
All prices are quoted net FOB Upper Saddle River, NJ. All prices are shown in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any price change at time of order. Prices do not include shipping and handling unless specifically noted.

Payment
Acceptable forms of payment are limited to:

• Prepaid cash
• Personal check (under the conditions listed below)
• Certified Bank or Cashier's Check
• Wire Transfer
• Credit Card (VISA, M/C, AMEX, Discover)
• Paypal (eChecks will be held until cleared)

Personal checks will be accepted as payment only after the funds have cleared and been transferred into Rogue Engineering's account. All merchandise remains the property of Rogue Engineering until payment is finalized. Deposits may be required for special order items.

Shipping
All items will be shipped UPS Ground unless prohibited by size or weight, in which case a motor freight carrier will be used. Expedited shipping may be available at additional cost upon request. USPS is not an option for domestic orders.

For International orders, we can ship by TNT, USPS, UPS and FedEx. 

For Military orders only, we will ship by USPS.

Returns

The legal speak regarding returns:

Rogue Engineering will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number that must be clearly marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by Rogue Engineering's within 30 days of your original receipt of the product. No credit will be issued for damaged, installed or deformed items.  Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit. Special order items and electrical parts cannot be returned unless they are defective. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge unless return was caused by our error.

Damaged Items
Rogue Engineering and its suppliers deliver merchandise to carriers properly protected and packaged. Therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package (i.e., specific damage) on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier, not Rogue Engineering's. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical.

Guarantee
Unless otherwise noted, all Rogue Engineering's products are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Rogue Engineering will pass this warranty on to original buyer.  Parts purchased used or through unauthorized distribution channels will will no longer carry a warranty whatsoever.  There is no warranty, expressed or implied, on any parts used for competition or track events. Additionally, there is no warranty on electrical parts. Buyer shall notify Rogue Engineering immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested.  

Parts Warranty
Rogue Engineering products carry a non-transferable 12 month warranty against defects from time of purchase.  This means parts purchased used or through unauthorized Rogue Engineering retailers (including parts purchase from online auctions such as eBay) carry NO warranty whatsoever, regardless of condition.  Parts used in competition, racing, or abuse during this time period is no covered.  The warranty does exclude the following:

• Return shipping charges
• Towing charges
• Resulting labor charges
• Damage to a component or assembly due to installation other than engineered application of product
• Damage from use of other manufacturer's products in conjunction with Rogue products
• Damage to clutch components from power shifting, burnouts, or abuse
• Friction materials of any kind
• Damage attributable to negligence, improper installation, improper treatment or treatment contrary to the instructions in the owner's manual from the original vehicle manufacturer or Rogue Engineering's product instructions
• Any vehicle operated in any competitive event
• Custom-designed competition parts
• Incidental and/or consequential damages, including loss of time, inconvenience or loss of the use of the vehicle
• Damage resulting from environmental influences, flood, accident, fire damage, or road salt corrosion.

Product Use
Many products sold by Rogue Engineering may not be DOT or TUV approved for highway use on public roads.  These products are designed for show, off-road or racing applications only. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of high performance products and holds Rogue Engineering and its owners harmless of any liability.

Installation
Professional installation by an experienced facility is recommended as many of the parts sold are "aftermarket" and not OEM.  This means while these parts replace factory OEM items, modifications may be necessary to insure proper fitment and functionality.  Cutting, trimming, filing, sanding, bending and general customizing may be required.  

It is recommended that these parts NOT be installed by your local BMW authorized retailer (the dealer).  Many service technicians at BMW dealers have been trained only to use and install factory OEM parts and may damage, incorrectly install, or overcharge for the installation of aftermarket parts.
