Real Power, Without the Blower
Know primarily for their force induction systems, VF Engineering has
introduced their E46 M3 intake system. Rogue Engineering is proud
to be a stocking partner with VF Engineering and is proud
to offer this high quality intake system to our customers. Quality Construction
There are a number of features which make this system unique on the
market.
- Compatible with all 2001-06 E46 M3s,
including SMG.
- Intake housing is made entirely from
plastic, like the factory system. Like the factory intake
airbox, using plastic minimizes the engine compartment heat transfer
into the airflow of the system.
- Billet aluminum MAF housing as well
as using the stock MAF screen, one of the few aftermarket intake
systems that do so.
- Cold air feed duct, minimizing
hydro-lock possibilities (compatible with stock or CSL-style
bumpers).
- Cleanable, multi-layer, velocity
stacked air filter.
- Can be used with stock software or
with popular aftermarket performance software (contact us for
details).
- Add even MORE hp with the addition
of RPI performance scoops.
Serviceable
The cotton/gauze filter use on the VFE intake is a cleanable filter.
With an available revitalization kit, you can clean and re-oil the
filter as often as necessary. These cleanable filters also offer
more than 99% filtration.
