These coilover helper springs ate used to keep the main spring tight between the perches when the suspension is at full droop. A helper spring has a very soft rate, about 15 lbs/in., only giving enough force to push the main springs up against the upper spring perch. A helper spring guide is necessary to center the helper spring against the main spring. Produced using a high grade alloy steel specifically for spring use.
