The genesis of this radiator actually began in 2001, with Automatic Racing in Orlando, Florida. This professional team started racing BMWs in what was Grand-Am Road Racing (since merged with American Le Mans Series/IMSA) with their four E46 M3s in the GS series. In this series, teams would convert production-based cars on their own under a specific set of rules. In their near decade of racing E46 M3s, they ultimately developed a cooling package for their cars that not only lowered the temperatures of the water but all but eliminated the issue with heat soak.
Features of this radiator include;
- NO connectors for plastic fittings to attach. All connectors are designed to straight 1.5" silicone tubing to prevent any potential failure in the system.
- No plastic bleed valves
- Extra-wide core!
- These are custom made for Rogue Engineering in small batches in Chicago, IL by Entropy Radiator. These carry a lifetime warranty! Of course certain instances are not covered (like punting another car or a tire wall), but otherwise rest assured your product is made by some pretty talented fabricators!
