These modified knuckles are designed to offer the utmost stiffness so there is no deflection during high-G cornering driving at the track. If you’re chasing the tenths at the track days, these may be what you are missing!
Starting with factory OEM E46 M3 front knuckles that are sand blasted, 0.25” thick laser cut reinforcement plates are precisely placed and tacked into position. From there, the plates are TIG welded using ‘Nickel 55’ filler rod at the lowest possible heat setting and slowly cooled to prevent weld cracking. They are finished with a primer and metallic titanium silver paint to finish off the look.
These are produced in small batches so contact us directly if your build needs are following a schedule. Otherwise lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks.
