Rogue Engineering G8X (and MK5 Toyota Supra), clutch pedal bushing upgrade kit has arrived!
The OEM hardware holding the clutch pedal and clutch master is entirely plastic. This plastic flexes, wear out and warp, causing slop.
The Rogue Engineering kit includes;
- CNC'd Stainless steel pedal pivot pin, with securing circlip.
- CNC'd Delrin pedal bushings
- Two CNC'd Titanium attachment pins that hold the clutch master securely in place
- One CNC'd Titanium attachment pin, replacing the plastic version holding the clevis of the master to the pedal itself
Why we use what we use?
We chose Delrin for the pedal bushings to ride inside the stainless pivot pin for longevity and consistence performance. The last thing we would want is potential material galling if the materials were exactly the same.
We chose titanium for our custom-made, attachment pins primary for strength (when compared to 6061 aluminum).
This kit is designed to fit G8X M2, M3, and M4 as well as MK5 Toyota Supra. Of course, only for manual transmissions.
One (1) kit fits one vehicle.
