Personal checks will be accepted as payment only after the funds
have cleared and been transferred into Rogue Engineering's account. All
merchandise remains the property of Rogue Engineering until payment is
finalized. Deposits may be required for special order items and are non-refundable.
International Orders: We do NOT accept credit cards from countries outside of the US. International Paypal payments may be accepted in the cases where your country has verified you and your address. Otherwise, payment must be made by bank wire transfer.
All items will be shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground unless prohibited by size or weight, in
which case a motor freight carrier will be used. Expedited shipping may be
available at additional cost upon request.
USPS is not an option for
domestic orders, except for Military orders.
International orders, we can ship by TNT.

Engineering will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item,
please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated
below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number that must be
clearly marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by
our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility. No
return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a
refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in
original condition and received by Rogue Engineering's within 30 days of your
original receipt of the product. No credit will be issued for damaged, installed
or deformed items. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of
any refund or credit. Special order items and electrical parts cannot be
returned unless they are defective. All returned items are subject to a 20%
restocking charge unless return was caused by our error.
Rogue Engineering and its suppliers deliver merchandise to carriers properly
protected and packaged. Therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of
the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the
condition of the package (i.e., specific damage) on your receipt from the
carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening the
package, notify the carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled
through the carrier, not Rogue Engineering's. If necessary, we will assist you
in any claim to the degree practical.
Unless otherwise noted, all Rogue Engineering's products are guaranteed to be
first quality merchandise. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Rogue
Engineering will pass this warranty on to original buyer. Parts
purchased used or through unauthorized distribution channels will will no longer
carry a warranty whatsoever. There is no warranty, expressed
or implied, on any parts used for competition or track events. Additionally,
there is no warranty on electrical parts. Buyer shall notify Rogue Engineering
immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be
returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer's
expense. We will replace all defective items that meet return/replacement
requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused
by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in
whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right
to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined
Rogue Engineering products carry a non-transferable 12 month warranty
against defects from time of purchase. This means parts purchased used
or through unauthorized Rogue Engineering retailers (including parts purchase from online auctions such as eBay) carry NO warranty
whatsoever, regardless of condition. If you purchased a used car, which
already had our parts on it, it also does not carry any warranty whatsoever. Parts used in competition, racing,
or abuse during this time period is no covered. The warranty does exclude
products sold by Rogue Engineering may not be DOT or TUV approved for highway
use on public roads. These products are designed for show, off-road or racing
applications only. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to
ensure that their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and
regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of
high performance products and holds Rogue Engineering and its owners harmless of
installation by an experienced facility is recommended as many of the
parts sold are "aftermarket" and not OEM. This means while
these parts replace factory OEM items, modifications may be necessary to
insure proper fitment and functionality. Cutting, trimming, filing,
sanding, bending and general customizing may be required.
