The Rogue Engineering E9X/F8X short throw clutch pedal has arrived! This replaces the BMW p/n 35-31-6-761-310
Using Solidworks modeling software and multiple printed prototypes, we were able to visualize a pedal position that allowed for the clutch pad and brake pad to be in the same plane. Now we have a pedal replacement that suits the vehicle.
Summary of features:
- 5-Axis CNC machined from a 33 pound block of solid, 6061 aluminum. This allows for a flex-free structure that resists twisting and wobbling from the hollow plastic OEM part.
- Black anodized for an OEM appearance.
- Custom machined, 7075 aluminum return spring bracket (compared to a double-nutted bolt used on competitors)
- Lower clutch pedal pad placement allows it to be even with the brake pedal, improving engagement feel.
- Delrin pedal bushings and custom titanium clutch master pivot bolt included.
- Adjustable position for compression spring, allowing for a factory or stiffer pedal feel.
- OEM factory clutch pedal cover can be installed.
- Top and bottom of pivot point has grease access ports.
Designed to fit LHD E9X/F8X vehicles, we have not tried to fit it in a RHD version.
