The Rogue Engineering G8X short throw clutch pedal has materialized (also fits A90 Supra!)
Using Solidworks modeling software and multiple printed prototypes, we were able to visualize a pedal position that allowed for the clutch pad and brake pad to be in the same plane. Now we have a pedal replacement that suits the vehicle.
Summary of features:
- Fully CNC'd machined from a 39 pound block of solid, 6061 aluminum. Over 10 hours of machine time to create each pedal.
- Black anodized.
- Custom stainless steel main pivot with Delrin pivots (replaces OEM plastic pivot bolt)
- Custom titanium bolt for the clutch master pivot (replaces OEM plastic bolt)
- Custom titanium hardware replaces the clutch master attachment (replaces OEM plastic anchors)
- Compatible with OEM pedal cover
- Top and bottom of pivot point has grease access ports.
- Clutch pedal height lowered to now match brake pedal height
Designed to fit LHD G8X vehicles, we have not tried to fit it in a RHD version.
